CHGC B-Team Vs Forest of Arden

So this week, as we reached the mid point in the fixture list for HGC B Team matches, we found ourselves at the Forest of Arden on a warm but blustery day. Playing against a seasoned FoA team we enjoyed both the camaraderie and the Arden Course - particularly the back 9 holes which arguably is the best 9 in the region!

Some excellent food served afterwards with a beer or two before departing and looking forward to the return match at Hearsall mid August.

The result? Usually we get beaten at FoA with the members course knowledge of the back 9 particularly showing through, but this year we won 4 & 2! A great result, and well done to those who played in this B Team match!
