Ana began her career in hospitality in 2010, working with various hotel groups i n her home country of Romania. After relocating to England in 2015, she continued to develop her experience in the sector, working at several restaurants across Coventry.
In 2019, after four years at Millsy Restaurant & Bar, Ana joined Coventry Hearsall Golf Club as Assistant Clubhouse Manager. Her dedication and expertise have now seen her step up to the role of Clubhouse Manager, taking over from Monica in September 2025.
