I've joined as a golf member in 2016, and absolutely loved it from the very second. It’s a tree lined golf course with tight demanding fairways and very fast greens that you must navigate with intelligence and guile, we have the most wonderful, vibrant social calendar with social events on throughout the year which you will find very hard to match , in the summer months the patios seats 100 people and is covered in sunshine , perfect to relax after 4 hours of golf.
I joined the golf club without knowing anyone and was welcomed with open arms by all staff and members alike. I previously had worked for JD Wetherspoon, travelling from county to county managing the pubs, finally settling as an Area manager in Leeds. I have loved and played golf since I was a young lad, when the opportunity in 2019 came to apply for the General Managers position at Coventry Hearsall Golf Club, I knew this would be a wonderful opportunity to combine my working passion with my love of golf. We are blessed to have such amazing staff who provide a fantastic service welcoming members and visitors every day.
