Dear Members,
The wait is over .....
We know it’s felt like a long wait, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we’ve worked through a few behind-the-scenes teething issues , we promise it’s been worth the wait!

This marks a real game-changer for the club. Rain or shine, you’ll soon be able to step into the studio and play some of the most iconic courses in the world.

Whether you’re fine-tuning your swing, enjoying a friendly competition, or having a coaching session, this new space is designed to cater to every level of golfer — and of course, to add a little fun along the way.

 
Booking System & Process

Bookings can be made via:

• CHGC website (Golf Studio Tab)
• TrackMan Booking App, setup a free trackman account by visiting either the app store or google play, 
• Scan the QR code to show how to install the app
• You can also book Via the office or Golf Shop

Booking Windows

• Members: Up to 7 days in advance

Session Lengths

• Standard Session: 60 minutes slots to allowing everyone to use it. (longer slots will be considered if the times are free)
• Coaching: As arranged with the Professional Team
• Parties/Events: 2–4 hours (available on request)

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or credit
• No-shows may incur a charge

Pricing Structure

Member (Peak) £25/hour (up to 4 players) Weekdays after 5pm, All weekend.

Member (Off-Peak) £20/hour (up to 4 players) Weekdays 8am–5pm
Visitor Must be accompanied by a member
NB a 50p booking fee is in place from trackman.

Before Your First Session

A brief health & safety induction is required before your first booking. It’s quick, simple, and ensures everyone enjoys the space safely and confidently. Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot.

Its importatant that you read this next bit very carefully.

I M P O R T A N T   S A F E T Y   R U L E S   &   P R O C E D U R E S

S A F E   A R E A :  The Wooden Floor area is your safe area. ONLY one person at any          given time is permitted outside of the safe area. 

The BLACK FLOOR and green strike-mat is considered the danger zone and ONLY for         the golfer playing a golf shot.

P R A C T I C E   S W I N G S :  Extra care MUST be taken when taking practice swings   

to avoid striking the walls or TV monitors screens behind you (left handers) thus also

potentially damaging your golf equipment.

DAMAGE TO GOLF EQUIPMENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

T E E   P E G S : Special STUDIO FEATHER TEES MUST be used in the place of regular

golf tees (which are considered too dangerous as they can exit the mat at high

speeds in any direction).

G O L F   B A L L S :  MUST be brand new as used golf balls will gradually tear the

fibres of the hitting screen eventually making holes in the screen.

G O L F   B A L L S MUST also be clean of any pen dots, lines or logo markings as these

will transfer onto the screen.

G O L F   C L U B S : MUST be clean on the club face and more importantly in the

grooves as this will add to the tearing effect of the projector screen.

F O O T - W E A R :  Sports shoes or rubber soft spike shoes are to be worn (NO cleats

or metal spike golf shoes allowed as these grip the matt too aggressively.

To book and use the simulator all members will be required to set up a free account through Trackman. This will hold all your golfing data which will assist with practice stats and also for future competitions that we will be hosting.
